※受付の返信には、申請後１週間ほどお時間を要する場合がございます。

※WEBサイトからクレジット決済の方は、クレジットに返金、コンビニや銀行振込のお客様は、銀振返金になります。

乗船券の払い戻しについて
About cancel policy
乗船券の払い戻しは、片道1名様あたり下記のキャンセル料（不課税）を申し受けます。
Refunds will be subject to cancellation fee per person per way
片道あたり下記のとおり規定のキャンセル料（不課税）を申し受けます。
A cancellation fee will be charged as follows
●発売日～乗船日7日前 200円
From purchase to 7days before the boarding date: per person 200 yen
●乗船日6日前～2日前 券面額 10%
6 to 2 days before boarding date:10%
●前日～当日60分前 券面額 30%
From the day before to 60 minutes before departure: 30%
●当日60分前～出港後 券面額 100%
60 minutes after departure time and after departure: 100%
*If you are a no-show, 100% cancellation fee applies

※悪天候などにより、弊社の運航便が欠航もしくは条件付の場合、キャンセル料（不課税）は不要です。 チケットの有効期限内（ご予約の確定日（予約番号の付与日）を含む90日間）にお手続ください。
When sailing has become impossible due to natural disasters, bad weather conditions or when there is a risk of such a situation, sailing may be cancelled.
In such cases, there are no cancellation fee.
